Age ranging is six week to six month (or actively crawling).

The programme is five sessions, same time, same day, every week.

The Nurtured Baby Hub supplies the massage oil and all you need to do is bring yourself, your baby and a soft towel from home. They do supply yoga mats but the towel just makes the experience a little more comfortable for your little one.
